About GRG Contracting
Hi, I’m Grant! For the past seven years, I have gathered experience as a maintenance team member at Covenant Pines Bible Camp, as the Capital Improvement Director for a large senior living community, and as the facilities manager for a ministry in Alaska (Covenant Youth of Alaska).
As a part of the maintenance team for Covenant Pines, I worked on cabin construction from the ground up, bathroom remodels, and day-to-day handyman tasks. My role as Capital Improvement Director involved renovating bathrooms, landscaping, and enhancing the overall campus.
After getting married in 2021, I brought my skills to Alaska to serve Covenant Youth of Alaska alongside my wife. My passion for serving others through my God-given abilities continued to grow throughout our years in Alaska. During this time, I worked on a wide variety of projects, each one designed to minister to people across Alaska. Some of my favorite projects were a sauna construction for Covenant Bible Camp in Unalakleet, a parsonage for the village of Elim, complete unit remodels for a young adult home in Anchorage, and yurt construction for a retreat center in Chickaloon.
As a born and raised Minnesotan, the arrival of our daughter in May 2024 has brought us home. I look forward to working alongside you and your family, bringing improvements to the homes of fellow Minnesotans.
Daniel here! I’m a born and raised Minnesotan with 6 years of experience in carpentry and construction, and I take pride in delivering high-quality work on every project I tackle. Across my time in the field, I’ve learned the value of hard work and attention to detail and how much of a difference it makes on a day-to-day basis. I’ve always enjoyed working with my hands, and carpentry allows me to turn ideas into reality, whether building something from scratch or transforming existing spaces.
Helping people throughout the metro area is something I’m passionate about, and I’m always excited to meet new faces and build relationships. I care about making sure the experience is positive for everyone involved, from start to finish.
What sets me apart is my ability to listen and collaborate with my clients to ensure their vision is brought to life. I approach every project as if it were for my home, combining precision and craftsmanship with a personal touch.
Outside of work, family is everything to me, and I strive to balance my career with spending quality time at home with my wife and two kids. I look forward to continuing to exceed expectations on every project and transforming the homes of everyone Grant, and I work with as we grow and build a name for ourselves as a company!
